Over 400 organizations from 26 countries will take part in an international aerospace exhibition in India, with Russia’s famed Russkiye Vityazi (Russian Knights) aerobatics team to feature in the event’s demonstration program, Russia’s Federal Service for Military and Technical Cooperation said on Wednesday.
The service said the Russian exposition at the show that opens Wednesday will be organized by the Rostec state corporation.
“The exposition will occupy an area of 857 square meters,” the service said. “Thirty-seven Russian organizations will take part. Eighteen out of them will present information on military products.”
Aero India 2013, the 9th international aerospace, defense & civil aviation exhibition, will be held on February 6-10 in Bangalore, India. It is organized by the Indian Defense Ministry’s military industry and procurement department.
The total area of the 2013 event will be 44,000 square meters.
